Description/
The form of the Beam Light’s blown glass and spun aluminium shade represents the fall of light from a light source. The elementary shape is inspired by how a child might draw the action of light shining from a shade. Hecht has simply interpreted this idea into a three dimensional object.
The clarity of form, clearly expressed idea and easy functionality of this product make it a typical Industrial Facility design. The Beam Light is available as a suspension and matching floor light with two height options.
